The horse (Equus ferus caballus)[2][3] is a domesticated, one-toed, hoofed mammal. It belongs to the taxonomic family Equidae and is one of two extant subspecies of Equus ferus. The horse has evolved over the past 45 to 55 million years from a small multi-toed creature, close to Eohippus, into the large, single-toed animal of today. Humans began domesticating horses around 4000 BCE, and their domestication is believed to have been widespread by 3000 BCE.
A young horse, unnamed and uninfluenced by the world around him goes down a path. Several roads buried in hoof marks lead towards this destination, but none of them ever go back. Wherever he will end up, he knows this will be his forever home. The air becomes darker and more stagmant as he approaches, and he sees the mountaintops dripping with an odd, viscous substance that becomes brighter and brighter as the night falls.

He is scared.
But he will be free soon.
